At Ayrèa studio we strive to provide the best quality products and customer experience. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Payment Policy

  • All orders require advance payment to confirm the order.
  • Orders will only be processed once payment has been received successfully.

Custom Orders

  • Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be refunded or returned.
  • Exchanges or refunds for custom orders will only be accepted if:
    • The wrong item was delivered, or
    • There is a mistake from our side.

Refund & Exchange Eligibility

We only accept exchanges or refunds if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange or refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings.
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer.
  • Custom or made-to-order items (unless the mistake is from our side).

Exchange Process

  • Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the error is from our side.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed and processed.
